4th of July 2016

The 4th of July was so relaxing this year! We decided to just stay home, barbecue and enjoy some family time with Cash Man.

We woke up, ate breakfast and played outside. Around one in the afternoon we took a three hour family nap. The three Morellis woke up feeling refreshed and relaxed. Nick and I enjoyed some wine and then Cash and Nick grilled some steaks for us.

We considered driving into Coeur d'Alene to watch the fireworks with Cash, but thought it would be a little too much for a 19 month old so we stayed home instead and went to bed around 8:30. Cash likes his bedtime and since he isn't the best sleeper to begin with we didn't want to keep him out until 11 or 12 at night.

Even thought it was uneventful it was so nice to have a day at home together as a family of three!
